A Qredits mentor brings you further
We are looking for entrepreneurs who want to help other entrepreneurs from their own passion for entrepreneurship. You will share and enrich your own knowledge and experience in the field of entrepreneurship. It's a volunteer position, but you'll get a lot of great contacts and gratitude in return! You will also learn how to communicate effectively and motivate and inspire others.
As a mentor, you will also receive various substantive trainings to broaden your knowledge. You will also learn how to transfer your knowledge to other entrepreneurs in your mentoring projects.
Topics entrepreneurs could use help with:
- Strategy. Establishing a clear and realistic vision for the business. Or to achieve goals.
- Marketing and Sales. A strategy to market, promote and sell products or services.
- Financial and Administrative. Getting order and better understanding of numbers about the business. And help with financial planning and budgeting.
- Personnel and leadership. Issues around personnel and leadership. Such as recruiting and hiring staff. But also creating a positive work environment, appraisals and development.
- Personal effectiveness. Understanding strengths and development opportunities.
- Making important choices. Guidance in making and implementing important decisions for the company or yourself.

As a Qredits mentor, you get your own account with which you can log into our online mentoring environment. In there you can put your conversation reports, which can only be viewed by you. Everything in one place.
This is how you become a Qredits mentor
- Sign up. Sign up to become a Qredits mentor. We'll contact you soon after to get further acquainted.
- Intake. In an introductory meeting, together with the Regional Mentoring Coordinator, you will see if Qredits and you fit together in this role.
- Introduction day. During an introduction day for new mentors we take you through our mission and vision. This way you get to know Qredits even better. Together with a professional trainer you will also go deeper into our target group, communication styles and the necessary coaching skills. A fun day from which you will learn a lot!
- mentoring program. Qredits matches you with an entrepreneur with a request for help. We do this based on your expertise and experience and the needs and goals of the entrepreneur. During an introductory meeting with the entrepreneur, you will see if you click as a person and in terms of content. After this your program will start.
- Evaluation. During and at the end of the mentoring process we monitor the progress together and ask both of you for feedback. The mentoring process can be stopped there or extended. Is the program finished? Then you can be linked to a new entrepreneur. Of course we do everything in consultation!
